Acidophilus is a beneficial bacteria that synthesize nutrients in the intestinal tract, counteract pathogenic micro-organisms and maintain healthy intestinal environment. Acidophilus may also be used for digestive maintaince and flora restoration after long courses of antibiotics. Usage: For the first two days, take two (2) caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and repeat at bedtime. For maintenance, take one (1) or two (2) caplets daily.
